Haiyan New Century Petrochemical Device Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Sinopec recommended and specializes in chemical engineering equipment, chemical fillers, chemical towers and tower pieces. We have integrated technology research, development, production, and sale.

Our products are mainly for the petrochemicals, air separation, chemical fertilizers, light chemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals, caustic soda, pharmaceuticals, food, and metallurgical industries. Our products are used in the field of atomic energy, such as distillation, absorption, desorption, extraction, heat exchange, and washing processes. The users are all over the country. Our products are exported to Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, America and more than 20 countries. In recent years, our company has continued to introduce various types of advanced production equipment and production scale, and has reached the advanced level in domestic markets. The characteristics of our products are new structure, light weight, large throughput, lower pressure, high efficiency, no wall leakage, and corrosion resistant. At present, our annual production capacity reaches more than more than 2000 pieces of tower parts.

Our company always take science and technology as primarily productive forces, through cooperation with Shanghai Institute for the development of materials which are resistant to corrosion of high performance C15 and Mo6 hole packing rings, and other pieces of towers. We have obtained two patents of utility model, and filled the gap in this field. Our main products are used in oil industry, packing life from 3 months to 1-4 years, greatly reducing the equipment maintenance costs and reducing energy consumption more than 30%. Our company has also developed a new type of advanced filler plug and screen high-performance chip packing (surface area reached more than 1000m2/m3), polyester products, spices, and nuclear materials. Our company has overcome a lot of problems during processing materials (including hastelloy, monel alloy, titanium and titanium alloy materials), filling the gap of domestic markets. Therefore, we have also made significant contributions to the acetic acid in the industry.
